When we decided to create a solution for database cloning, we thought about a software that was capable of eliminating the long time and high cost involved in a physical copy. We know that for these reasons, most companies give up on keeping their development environments up to date with production data. And, unfortunately, this decision puts at risk the quality of their applications, and consequently the products.
We also know the difficulties that the development teams have to test their applications in outdated databases, and with less data volume than the production. And... how much rework that represents. ACM was born of AccelBase's purpose to increase the quality of the companies' test environment, at low cost, and make life easier for development teams.
We believe that ACM can be this software, capable of bringing agility, quality and low cost to the copies of the database, in addition, relieving a hard part of the professionals work involved in this crucial activity.
